When he designed this house of 380 m² for a young couple and their two children in a gated community in Salvador, the architect Sidney Quintela sought to take advantage of two situations that, at first, could be seen as limitations to overcome. The land is on the edge of an area of environmental protection. The construction should take place respecting this condition without compromising the lush vegetation. The site also had a steep slope, which led to the deployment of the house in levels. The entrance is through the upper level where there is a vestibule with access to the suite . At the level immediately below the environments of social vocation as living, were accommodated dining room , kitchen and gourmet. There is still an underground where are the dependencies of service, playroom and a home office.
